In the panel “Adwords”, automatically integrate the new settings of your campaign changes into the appropriate campaign lines of your Adwords accounts in a 100% secured environment.
The Adwords windows will fill automatically with your Ad groups and reveal Keywords, one by one (even if you have thousands of them), costs per clicks, destination URLs, ads, everything is automatically integrated.
In the event of an advertisement refused by Adwords because it contains the name of a trade mark or a spelling mistake, you will hear 3 beeps to announce the problem. Correct the refused item and submit the changes again!
Integration of a campaign in Adwords
• to start, select an "Adwords" account in the unscrolling accounts menu.
You can manage an unlimited number of Adwords accounts by clicking on the "Management of the Adwords accounts" button. The window "Management of the Adwords accounts" functions exactly in the same way as the one in the "Campaigns" panel.

TIPS - ------------------------------------------------------------
You can integrate in Adwords a campaign built for another Adwords account in the "Campaigns" panel. This allows you
to use the benefit of a campaign in several clients' accounts.
Global Keywords Manager: offers you two possibilities of integrating your campaigns in Adwords

Global Keywords Manager offers you two ways of integrating your campaigns in Adwords :
- Automated mode: the fields are automatically filled and
GKM deals with the validation. This mode is obviously advised for a maximum saving of time!
- > Check the box "Magic Wizard" to activate the automated mode.
- Manual mode: the fields are filled when YOU click on the button "copy". You must manually validate your choices to go
further in the integration of your campaign.
Automated Integration
The automated mode of integration in Adwords is one of the functions which makes it possible to save a considerable time while using Global Keywords Manager !
• Click on the button "Automatic Connection to Adwords" Global Keywords Manager connects to your account.
• Select a campaign and an Ad group in the vertical panel from the left side.
• Select "Automated Matching Options" for your campaign.
• Check the box "Magic Wizard" to activate the automated mode.
• In Adwords, click on "Create a campaign: keyword targeted".
GKM fills automatically:
- The name of your campaign.
- The name of your Ad group.
• In Adwords, choose the geographical languages and options according to the targets of your campaign.
• In Adwords, click on the button "To continue".
• In Adwords, select "Countries and territories".
• In Adwords, Click on the button "To continue".
From this stage, GKM takes control!
The magic wizard fills for you automatically:
- The name of your campaign.
- The name of your Ad group.
- The Ads including for each ad:
* The title of the ad.
* The description line 1.
* The description line 2.
* The display URL
* The destination URL.
- Keywords with their CPC and their specific URL of destination.
- Matching options of the keywords.
- The daily budget of your campaign.
The buttons of validation in Adwords are automatically activated. You see "ravelling" in front of you the windows of creation without you having to intervene! It is perhaps the moment to go drink a coffee!
By defect, there is a 6 seconds temporization before each validation. This leaves you time to cancel an operation if you
note an error (for example, a spelling mistake in the text of an ad).
To cancel an operation, click on the “Cancel” button which appears on the top of the window in the "Adwords" panel during the process of integration.
Turbo Mode
If you wish to accelerate the process of integration notch the box "Turbo Mode": temporization is then reduced to one second.
The Automatic integration in Adwords can take several minutes depending on:
- The number of ad groups, ads and keywords of your campaign.
- The speed of your Internet connection.
- The load of Google servers.
If an error is noted (for example, an ad refused by Adwords), GKM announces it by emitting 3 "Beeps". (It is thus preferable to leave the loudspeakers activated on your computer).
Manual Integration
While progressing in the integration of your Adwords campaign, you will see the fields filling with the data contained in the
"Campaigns" panel after clicking on the "copy" button.
Repeat this operation as many times as necessary in order to integrate your campaign.
Code colors
When an Ad Group is successfully integrated in Adwords, Global Keywords Manager allots him a green color in the panel
"Campaigns". If you modify this Ad Group, it will become red in order to indicate that it must be again integrated in Adwords.
The code of colors enables you to have a synchronous vision in GKM of your Adwords account.
Function “Mark a Group”
You can manually mark a group as "transferred" or "not transferred" in Adwords.
• If this group was marked as transferred in Adwords (Code
color green)> contextual Ad group menu = > “mark the group as "not transferred” the color of the group changes to red.
• If this group were marked as "not transferred" in Adwords (red Code color) Ad group Block> Contextual Ad group = > “Mark
the group as "transferred" the color of the group changes to green.
